The SELTie Conservation Circle (or SELTie Circle) represents our closest friends, dedicated ambassadors, and committed conservationists who power SELT and our mission to save, share, and steward our region’s most important lands. As we move forward into a new era, your support as a member of the SELTie Circle maintains the excellence of our current programs while helping SELT to prepare for new and exciting challenges before us. Join us on this journey!
All donors who contribute at least $1,000 in unrestricted support annually will become members of the SELTie Circle.
Cherishing the Lands We Love
In the early days of SELT, we protected about 100 acres per year by way of an occasional conservation project. Fast forward to today, SELT protects an average of over 1,600 acres each year, holds over 290 conservation easements, and owns nearly 10,000 acres of land outright with over 50 miles of recreation trails.
Beyond land protection, our conservation easements – legally binding agreements – require that we care for these protected lands forever, ensuring their unique qualities and features remain healthy and intact.
And, to engage our community’s next generation of stewards, we offer more than 70 outreach programs each year, a thriving volunteer program, and have launched youth education partnerships to get future SELTies outside.

The Matching Challenge
Board member Pam Hall is focused on increasing the breadth and depth of support for SELT so as to accelerate our conservation, stewardship, and education work. You can take advantage of this matching challenge to increase the impact of your giving. Here’s how!
- Join the SELTie Circle: If you join at the SELTie Circle level of $1,000+ or increase your existing giving to at least $1,000, your gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $5,000 per donor! Example: You contributed $500 in 2025 and decide to contribute $1,500 in 2026. Your gift of $1,500 will be matched!
- Already a SELTie Circle member? Thank you! To inspire deeper giving, Pam will match your increased unrestricted giving above your 2025 gift, dollar-for-dollar, up to $5,000 per donor. Example: You contributed $1,000 in 2025 and decide to contribute $6,000 in 2026. $5,000 of your gift will be matched!
