Independent Volunteer Time Form

If you signed up to volunteer at a set time and date, your hours have been auto-logged in the Volunteer Portal and you do not need to fill out this form unless you'd like to provide feedback on your volunteer experiences.

The following questions are specifically designed to understand how our volunteers that work independently and not during set shifts contribute to SELT – for example, committee members, Board of Directors, event planners, independent trail work that was not done as part of a volunteer work day or with a staff lead group, office tasks, administrative help done at home, or planning and leading SELT field trips.
