On January 30, SELT closed on the O’Connell Family Woods in Barrington. The conservation values of the land are through the roof, with Long Pond on the western edge of the property and the Isinglass River flowing along the southern border.
In addition, the property includes mature oak and pine forest, a Black gum swamp, high value wetlands, and multiple vernal pools. A true gem!
