Watershed Walk at Thompson Forest *WAITLIST*

July 10 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

This program is at capacity. Please join the waitlist and we’ll be in touch if space becomes available.

Join Ellen Snyder (owner, Ibis Wildlife Consulting) who guided Durham’s efforts at Thompson Forest and Suzanne Petersen (LRAC – Lamprey River Advisory Committee) for a stroll on the 1.3-mile round-trip loop trail that leads through a 15-acre shrub-wildflower meadow and oak-pine forest to the Lamprey River. We can look for ducks, otters, kingfishers, and other wildlife. Learn about land protection, the conservation efforts at Thompson Forest, LRAC, SELT, and the Great Bay Changemaker Program. Increase your understanding of how land protection creates a healthier Great Bay.

This is part of the Great Bay Changemaker Program’s Wednesday Watershed Walks series.  More information about the Great Bay Changemaker Program can be found at https://greatbay.org/great-bay-changemakers/
