Big Trees of Northern New England with Author Kevin Martin

Join us for a compelling and colossal discussion of big trees with author, wooden boat builder, and Epping resident Kevin Martin.

Kevin will discuss his book “Big Trees of Northern New England” and will bring you through the woods and into some cities in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Massachusetts to find these impressive living parts of our landscape.  The discussion will highlight important trees in the area and in the state while connecting people, history and wildlife to the trees.   Kevin has over 40 years of experience working with wood and has served on the Epping Conservation Commission, was chair of the Lamprey River Advisory Committee, and former State Coordinator for the NH Big Tree Program.
