DESCRIPTION:This event is postponed until Spring 2023. \nJoin Quiet Mind Wild Heart’s Katie Lianza\, a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens Trainer and secondary educator\, for a winter mindfulness hike for the middle grades. On this hike\, pre-teens and teens will have a chance to connect to their peers\, nature\, and themselves through meditation\, mindfulness\, and poetry.
