Co-sponsored by SELT and Laney & Lu Cafe, this workshop includes a trail running/injury prevention clinic, takeaway warm up/cool down techniques, two circuit-style workouts, a group trail run, free local trail maps from SELT, and a recovery smoothie from Laney & Lu.
