Nearly 40 years ago, Londonderry residents envisioned the Musquash Conservation Area as a special place to enjoy nature, important land that filters drinking water, and critical habitat for abundant wildlife. Today the Musquash has grown to 1,400 acres of connected lands with 20 miles of managed trails!
SELT, working with our partner the NH Fish and Game Department, is in the process of adding 175 acres to the Musquash network by conserving two key properties. Join us to explore the trail network and learn about the conservation of this special place. This is a three hour loop at a leisurely pace covering four miles over rolling terrain on established trails.
What to bring: Snacks, water, bug repellent; optional: binoculars, trekking poles.
